What we Face in Heavy-duty Equipment
Extinguishing fires in mining equipment requires specialized fire suppression systems that can handle the environment’s unique challenges, such as extreme heat, flammable materials, and difficult access. Effective fire suppression systems must be reliable, durable, and able to prevent re-ignition while minimizing downtime and environmental impact.
Reach to difficult Areas
FOAMGUARD Spray System is an ideal solution to extinguish a fire in areas where space is limited, access is difficult, and portable extinguishers cannot be installed. Spraying nozzles are installed to cover the hazard areas and are ready to work all the
time.
Experts say the stubborn fire on board the USS Bonhomme Richard illustrates how difficult ship blazes are to put out once they tear through a vessel.

Quick Reaction Extinguish
Large fires that are difficult to extinguish are always started by small fires, which are easy to handle.
FOAMGUARD Spray System is engineered to take advantage of this fact. The System will work in 6 seconds or less after the flame touches this fact.
Fully Automated Spray System
FOAMGUARD Spray System is an automated pre-engineered system, so it is suitable to protect fire areas where manpower is limited and not properly trained in fire handling.

Prevent of Potential Fire Hazard
FOAMGUARD Spray System is designed to protect equipment whose components have potential to be burnt such as engines, turbochargers, pumps, hydraulic
lines, etc.
Foam AB-50 is a ready-to-use liquid agent (premix) for class A and B fires. Unlike regular Aqueous Film Forming Foam (AFFF) premixes, Forrex Agent has excellent storage stability of up to 10 years (under proper storage conditions). It has superior fire performance on class A fires and compared to regular AFFF premix solutions. Forrex Agent is protected from freezing down to -50 °C and can therefore be used in extinguishers or systems that will be stored/installed in cold areas.
